Healthy Eating

Children need a healthy diet to keep alive. The food pyramid shows how you should eat. Don’t try changing it.

Regular meals like breads, cereals vegetables and fruits should be eaten a lot. Dairy products like meat, milk, fish and cheese should be eaten everyday. Sugary treats and fizzy drinks can be had in small amount each week. The best drinks for children are milk and water. Acidic juices should be a treat only.

So stop all the unhealthy eating before it’s too late today!

  1. Healthy eating is right Iisa too much choclate then you could end up fat right healthy eating then you can stay healthy.
