Simpsorama

Simpsorama is a crossover between The Simpsons & Futurama. It's the sixth episode of the 26th of the television series The Simpsons, and the 558th episode of the series overall. Both The Simpsons and Futurama were created by Matt Groening. He said consulting about the crossover was really hard, as he had to talk to himself as well.

In the episode is a joke about Homer and Bender. Al Jean, an executive producer of The Simpsons, said that the joke was about their similarities. They just drew Homer's head, then replaced the hair with Bender's antennae. Similar, right?

Futurama, the 31st-century comedy that was cancelled last year, will return to life again for this Simpsons episode. Another joke in the episode is the opening title. Underneath, the subtitles say, "A show out of ideas teams up with a show out of episodes." Funny, and it also makes sense. The Simpsons has over 500 episodes, and Futurama has been cancelled. So yeah, it makes sense.

Simpsorama is so far my favourite episode on TV. I look forward to seeing more episodes like this. See you then!
